I have been working with organizations for over 20 years to help them shape cultures into safe, supportive, and more effective through improved communication and transparency. When organizations such as police departments, health care systems, or private companies are not encouraging their people to speak up and say something when they have concerns, they fail each other and their communities.
I am certified in DiSC assessments and EQ-i 2.0. DiSC identifies how we react in various situations as well as identifying our motivators and stressors. EQ-i is an emotional intelligence assessment to gain a greater understanding of your own ability to regulate your emotions as well as your ability to connect with others. These assessments provide valuable insight into how one "shows up" to others and increases more self-awareness.
In addition, I provide coaching for 360 assessments to provide leaders with awareness of potential gaps to better connect with the people around them. 360 assessments are tools to provide anonymous feedback for someone for greater insight into the blind spots that we all have which impact our ability to connect with others.
Organizations that face their challenges and are open to addressing change are better prepared to move forward and more adaptive to change. These tools can be game changers and beginning conversations for uncovering issues that have held back progress within teams.
